Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We make every effort to ship purchases on a next day basis. Orders received before Noon CST may be processed and shipped the same day. Shipping is Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. All of our shipments are insured for your protection. Special Order items will be ordered and shipped upon receipt, usually 3-4 weeks. We will notify you within 24 hours if an item ordered is not available.

Damage In Transit:

In the event of a damaged shipment please contact us within 5 days so that we may handle the problem to your satisfaction. If damage is obvious from exterior packaging notify the carrier upon receipt. We handle all claims and process replacements/refunds.

Returns:

Please contact us within 7 days for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. All returns should be repackaged in original packaging. Return credit subject to verification and restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.
